Social Impact
We aim to hold the majority of our meetings online to minimise travel and environmental impact and encourage flexible and remote working where possible. When we do visit clients and complete filming & photography projects, we always use public transport or if necessary, fully electric vehicles.
We aim to recycle 100% of any physical waste produced during projects.

We bank with Tide who were one of the first fintech institutions to achieve net zero, removing 100% of emissions.
Our website has achieved a carbon-rating of ‘B’ which means that we are cleaner than 71% of all web pages globally, producing only 0.27g of CO2 for every website visit.

Sustainability

In 2024 we set up the Ethical Creatives Advisory Board and it is a privilege to have Hal, Eva and Ciaran on-board, bringing an array of experience, views, insights and perspectives. Their wisdom and guidance on how the vision of Ethical Creatives should be shaped is invaluable.
In 2023 we became signatories of the Prompt Payment Code as we strongly believe in ensuring prompt payment of invoices and services. The Code encourages paying suppliers on time, avoiding any practices that have an adverse effect on the supply chain and a commitment to paying 95% of all invoices within 30 days.

In 2022 to demonstrate our support for the amendment of UK Law
(Section 172 of The Companies House) we became signatories to the Better Business Act which aims to make sure that every company prioritises environmental impact so that it is at the heart of their purpose.

In 2025 we became a member of the Environmental Business Network, an organisation that is committed to collaboration and sharing insight, bringing together commercial interests in reversing climate change.
Governance & Accountability

During every client project we do everything we can to include young creatives who are in need of commercial work experience. We believe strongly in everyone having equal opportunities and success enablers at the start of their careers.

We have partnered with Action Against Abduction and provide on-going advice and support to help with the operational and strategic elements to help push the charity forward.
We have detailed policies in place covering workplace practices, such as diversity & equality, bullying and harassment.
We always make sure our creatives receive more than the London Living Wage.

In 2022 we signed up to the Disability Confident Committed Employer Scheme which encourages employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.
